The WhatsApp Interactive card is used to create quick interactions for customers.
The WhatsApp Interactive includes 3 types: Reply Buttons Messages, Reply URL Message, List Messages.

1. Reply Button Messages #
With Reply Button Messages, you can create up to 3 buttons.
- Header type: You can select header types such as image, text, video, document.
- Header message: A short line that appears above the main message. Useful for highlighting the context. You can leave this empty if it’s not needed.
- Main message: This is the main text your customers will see. Main message can be up to 1024 characters.
- Sub text: Optional small text below main message. Sub text allows you to enter 60 characters.
- New Button: Add quick reply buttons to guide customers.
To create buttons, name each button and choose the block it will lead to when customers click on it.
2. Reply URL Messages #
Reply URL Messages use the same elements as Reply Button Messages, but they allow you to add a link to the buttons.
3. List Messages #
List Messages support up to 10 sections and 10 buttons each section.
- Header Text: Add a short, eye-catching title at the top of your message. You can leave this blank if not needed.
- Body Text: Enter the main message content. Use this to explain the purpose of the list or guide users on what to choose. Body Text can be up to 1024 characters.
- Footer Text: Add supporting details or notes at the bottom of the message. Footer Text allows you to enter 60 characters.
- Button Text: Set the main button label. When users click this, the list will appear.
- Section Title: Name each section to organize your list clearly.
- New Button: Add buttons under each section to let users make a selection.
To create section buttons, follow the same steps as when creating buttons in Reply Button Messages.
