The Messenger Handover tag is used to transfer control of a conversation to another application or to regain control for SmaxAi.

Take Control: Transfer full control of the conversation to SmaxAi.

You can enter an Expiration Time to relinquish control from SmaxAi after a certain period, or leave it blank to retain control.

Pass Control: Transfer full control of the conversation to the application with the specified ID.
