The Website User Input card is used to create questions for customers and save their answers to attributes.
Cards located below the Website User Input card will not function until the customer has answered all the questions in the card.
The content of each question can be a maximum of 640 characters.

The Validation option will check if the customer’s answer matches the expected data type. If correct, the answer will be recorded; if incorrect, the chatbot will re-ask the question up to the number of times specified in the Repeat section. If the customer still does not provide the correct answer after the specified repetitions, the question will be skipped.

You can select attributes to save the customer’s answers, or you can skip this step if you do not want to save them. When saving answers to attributes, do not select system attributes.

You can set up the chatbot’s response when the customer’s answer does not match the desired data type in the Response if Not like section.

If the time allocated for the “User Input” script runs out and the customer has not completed the questions, the chatbot script will be skipped.
