The Channel Settings allow you to manage the channels connected to SmaxAi.
1. Connect Channel #
To add a new channel to SmaxAi, select Connect Channel.

Refer to this guide on how to connect new channels.

2. Channel Information #
You can view detailed information about the channels added to SmaxAi in the Channel settings.
The Authors tab includes information about the Admins managing the page and the status of the token connected to SmaxAi. Note that if the system reports a token error, you need to reconnect the page to avoid issues.

The Domain Whitelisted tab allows you to manage the domains that are permitted to open as PopUps on Messenger. You can delete or add new domains by selecting Add Domain, then entering the domain you want to add and click Save.

The Crawl Data tab allows you to re-scan old customer data that may be incomplete. Please note that you can only crawl data with a STATUS that is not marked as DONE.

3. Delete Channel #
You can delete channels by clicking the delete icon.

4. Disable Channel Activity #
To disable channels, simply turn off their status.

5. Refresh Channel #
Click Refresh Connection to refresh channels.
