The Form Builder module is used to create registration forms and collect customer information through chatbots.

Activate the Module #

To activate the Form Builder module:

1. Go to Extend Modules
2. Find the Form Builder module and click Activate

Once activated, the Form Builder (Form Designer) will appear in the menu on the left.

Module Overview #

The Form Builder interface includes two main sections:

• My Webview: Manage your created forms. You can duplicate, edit, or delete forms here.
• Templates: Pre-made form templates available in the system.

Create a New Form #

You can create a new form in two ways:

1. Use a Template: Open the Templates window and click Activate on the template you want to use.

2. Create a Blank Form: In the My Webview window, click Add New.

This will create an empty form that you can customize by adding any fields you want.

Editing Interface #

The form editing window is divided into 3 parts:

1. Element Area: Add and arrange elements within the form
2. Element Configuration: Customize settings for each form element
3. Preview: View a live preview of the form
