Instructions for exporting customers from SmaxAi to an Excel file:

Step 1: In the Customer module, select Export Contacts.

Step 2: In the export window, select the attributes you want to export and the Facebook page, then choose Render file download to have the system automatically create the file.

Step 3: Then click on the newly created .csv file to download the customer list to your device.
